Estate Bequest

Estate Bequests
When you leave a bequest to the EH Angle Education and Research Foundation, you can make a generous gift without reducing your current income. Gifts in wills or revocable trusts are planned to provide significant future support for The Angle Orthodontist. Charitable bequests are normally deductible in full for estate tax purposes.

Language for Will
The following are recommended clauses that may be used to make a gift to the Foundation through your will or revocable/living trust.

1. General Unrestricted Bequest
"I give, devise and bequeath to the EH Angle Education and Research Foundation, Inc., (percentage of residue, sum or description of property), the principal and income of which shall be used for such purposes as the Board of Directors may determine."

2. Contingent Bequest - if other bequests cannot be completed
"If [none of] the above person[s] survive[s] me, or if there is no one in existence who is a member of the class of persons designated in paragraph [ ], I give, devise and bequeath such property to the EH Angle Education and Research Foundation, Inc. the principal and income of which shall be used for such Foundation purposes as the Board of Directors may determine."
